Kingdom Affluence ("Kingdom Affluence", "we", "us", "our") is a business education company operating the website at kingdomaffluence.co and the programs, products, and communities offered through it.
For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, the data controller is:
This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
We collect the following categories of personal information.
We do not ask for and do not want special category data under the GDPR, such as health information, religious beliefs recorded as data, or biometric data. Our audience is faith-based and you may voluntarily share things of a personal or spiritual nature in coaching or community settings. We do not use that content for profiling, advertising, or any purpose beyond serving you in the program you joined. Please do not send us medical, financial account, or government identification details by email.
For visitors in the EU and the UK, the GDPR requires us to have a lawful basis for each use. Ours are set out below.
| What we do | Why | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Deliver a purchase, provide course or community access, and provide support | To give you what you paid for | Performance of a contract |
| Send the free resource you requested and our regular teaching emails | To deliver what you signed up for and keep you informed | Consent, which you can withdraw at any time |
| Process payments and keep financial and tax records | To complete sales and meet accounting obligations | Contract and legal obligation |
| Understand how the site is used and improve it | To make our teaching and site more useful | Consent, where analytics cookies are used |
| Advertise our programs and measure whether ads worked | To reach people who would benefit from our work | Consent, where marketing cookies are used |
| Keep our site and business secure and prevent fraud | To protect our customers and our business | Legitimate interests |
| Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims | To protect our legal position | Legitimate interests and legal obligation |
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money.
We use service providers (processors) who handle information on our instructions in order to run the business. Each is bound to protect it and to use it only for the services they provide to us. Our providers currently include:
| Provider | What it does for us |
|---|---|
| GoHighLevel | Customer relationship management, forms, live chat, and email delivery |
| Stripe | Payment processing |
| Lulu | Book printing and shipping |
| Netlify | Website hosting and delivery |
| Skool | Community platform hosting |
| Substack | Newsletter and article publishing |
We may also disclose personal information:
Kingdom Affluence LLC sends text messages to people who have given us permission to text them. This section explains what we send, how you give permission, and how you stop.
You give permission by entering your mobile number and ticking the consent box yourself on one of our forms. Those boxes are never pre-ticked. The places you can opt in are the chat widget on our website, our course checkout pages, our coaching intake form, and our waitlist forms.
Giving permission to receive text messages is optional. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can buy anything we sell, and work with us, without ever agreeing to receive a text.
If you give us a mobile number without ticking a consent box, we do not text you.
Two kinds of message, and you choose which ones you get:
Account and service messages. Confirmation that your course access is live, reminders about a coaching session you booked, a note that an agreement is waiting for your signature, and similar messages tied to something you bought or scheduled.
Promotional messages. News about enrollment opening, programs, resources and offers.
Message frequency varies. It depends on which messages you opted into and what is happening in your account. We do not send a set number per week or per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Those charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us. Check your plan if you are unsure what your carrier charges.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to any message from us to stop receiving texts. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. You will get one message confirming you have been removed, and then nothing further.
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email us at support@kingdomaffluence.co.
Stopping texts does not remove you from our email list, and it does not cancel anything you have purchased. Those are separate. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your text messaging opt-in and your consent are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone for their own marketing.
We do share your mobile number with the service providers who deliver the messages on our behalf, and with the platform that runs our customer records. They act on our instructions, they are bound by contract, and they may not use your information for their own purposes. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
If you change or give up your mobile number, tell us at support@kingdomaffluence.co so we do not send messages intended for you to someone else.
We are based in the United States, and our service providers are located in the United States and elsewhere. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your personal information will be transferred outside your country.
Where we make such transfers, we rely on appropriate safeguards, which for our providers is generally the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or a provider's certification under an approved framework. You may request a copy of the safeguards in place by contacting us.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires.
Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have all of them under the GDPR and UK GDPR.
To exercise any right, email us at support@kingdomaffluence.co. We will respond within one month, and will tell you if we need longer because the request is complex. We may need to verify your identity first. Exercising your rights costs nothing and we will never treat you differently for doing so.
If you are in the UK, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. If you are in the EEA, you may complain to your national supervisory authority.

To make a request, email support@kingdomaffluence.co. You may use an authorized agent, in which case we will ask for proof of their authority. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, extendable once where permitted.
We use cookies and similar technologies. Cookies that are strictly necessary to run the site are always active. Analytics and marketing cookies only run if you allow them, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time using the Cookie settings link, which also appears in our footer.
Full detail, including the categories we use and how long they last, is in our Cookie Policy.
Some browsers send a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing where the law requires it.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections to our website, access controls, and choosing service providers who maintain recognized security practices.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your personal information and the law requires it, we will notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay.
Our website, programs, and products are meant for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as our business, the technology we use, or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or with a notice on the website before it takes effect.
If you are in the EEA or the UK and believe we have not handled your information properly, we would like the chance to put it right first. You always retain the right to complain to your data protection authority.
